What is your policy on dead pixels?
We maintain a high standard for display quality. Our Perfect Pixel Guarantee ensures that if your screen has more than a specific number of dead pixels within the first 7 days, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange.
Can I request for professional installation for my TV or monitor arm?
Absolutely. We offer professional on-site installation services for our TVs and monitor arms. You can select the installation add-on during the checkout process.
